Tozi Pass (aka Sao Paulo / Wlison Pass)
This is my favourite pass. I find it to be high percentage and it has several variations to play around with. Is also great for NoGi.

(I also use this variation a lot)
Notice how he moves his hips off center and then pins the thigh down (and keeps pressure on the far side to keep uke from being able to attack.) The advantage of this variation is that you can use your hands and legs/feet to open the guard. The danger is if you don't pin the hips correctly you will find yourself on the wrong end of an attack. Also, uke can prevent the pass by resetting his hip base.
