| Week 16...North-South Choke I've already posted this technique on the site but I am such a fan of this move (and Marcelo Garcie's video on the technique) that I had to post it again. When I added this technique to my game North South became an attacking position for me rather than just a transitional position. High percentage move. Great for both gi and nogi.
