| My wife and I just got home from driving 6hrs there and back for a Roger Gracie Seminar in Ottawa. The seminar was amazing we did not learn anything very exciting but everything we learned was so important. Every move was a complete wow moment and I look forward to many more of these seminars in the future.
Totally worth the 12hrs of driving plus the speeding ticket now I must go sleep. | |

| Oh, I gotta disagree...I think what we learned was so exciting, made even more so by the fact that it was Roger Gracie himself teaching us.  But I do agree with you that it was an AWESOME day, and I can't wait for Wednesday so we (meaning you) can show the class what we learned! | |
