OK - we all know it's the most important meal of the day. But I personally have a hard time eating a full-on meal for breakfast. Usually I'll have a cup of yogurt and a glass of OJ, and when I actually am hungry a few hours later, then I might have toast, or a granola bar or what have you.

Today I had a grapefruit for breakfast...mmm!

What's on your breakfast menu?

Think I might try porridge, I hear that's really good to help cut cholesterol...

I tend to have either a bowl of all-bran and a banana or a bagel and a banana. I have that at about 7:30 then I have a snack at 10am. Smile I eat a lot of oatmeal too. But not for breakfast.
