I figured I would share the good news that after 2 1/2 years I received my blue belt from Renzo Gracie Black Belt Pat Cooligan at a recent seminar here in Sudbury, On. I am very proud of this accomplishment. I look forward to working on bringing up my competition level for the new challenges ahead. I am also happy that I got to share this honour with 4 other teammates.
