I have been using a bulldog gi in blue that I purchased for The Fight Company here in Sudbury for the last couple of months and so far I am very pleased. It fits perfect and shows almost no signs of wear which is great for a gi that cost around $100. plus it looks great I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good gi for a low price. Be careful shrinking it because it shrinks like crazy.

Comfort 3/5
Durability 3/5
Fit 3/5
Appearance 4/5
Price 5/5
Overall 3.5/5

Bulldog Gi

My first gi was a BullDog gi. Here is a link (sorry for the small picture size):

For a cheap gi I don't think you can go wrong with Bulldog. I've had mine for close to two years and it is still in pretty good shape (no holes). All in all, a great starter gi.

Comfort 4/5
Durability 4/5
Fit 3/5
Appearance 3/5
Price 5/5
Overall 3.5/5~4/5

Durability update...

Pants finally ripped in the knee. But still, to be expected eventually. Two plus years of wear and tear.

Durability update

The knee on my gi pants ripped as well but it was a good 7 months of rolling 3-4 times a week so not to bad for a budget gi.

Picked up a second bulldog gi this time in white found it used and got it for $30 so I am pretty pleased. Probably going to use it for competition because it is lighter than my other gi.
