Triangle drills, armbar drills, kimura drills...oh wow!!! I think my abs are on fire tonight! Out of the three, I think I like the triangle drill the best. It's hard to shoot my hips up in the air after, oh, I'm gonna say the 20th one...but when there are 50 to do, it's gotta get done!!!
I'd love to improve the condition of my abs...any suggestions for exercises/drills that can help?
